"Our first stop is in Bogota"

Yeah - that's right - I've been in Bogota for the last week. It's been an interesting ride. I flew down on Monday, a nice 9-10 hours of flying. The ride from Atlanta to Bogota was sort of bumpy as we tried to fly around Cuba and around Hurricane Ike. I will fly home on Friday.

The work has been fun. The food has been good. And I have felt like a fish out of water since my Spanish consists up counting 1 thru 6 and random other words that don't do you much good.

The hotel is nice - here is a quick view from my window - the neighborhood is okay.

I also found a new little toy. It's called PhotoSynth - you basically feed this website a bunch of photos and they make  360 or partial 360 degree views of what you post. It's sort of cool. So I posted a couple - and on the site are two from Bogota. One is the view from my window. The other is the room itself. I think you will need to use IE or Firefox and download a little player to watch them - but it's cool - My Photosynths!
